Ma Famille incroyable!
I worked at Mercure Ginza before, It was 3 years ago. A part-time waiter (Food/Beverage Staff) while I was still at school. It was one of the best experience in Tokyo. All the staffs are amazing and real people. My friend Jean the manager, always give us free breakfast before our shift because its hard to work with empty stomach.
Pieter De Weerd : Manager of Mercure Hotel Ginza and My teacher in French.
Masaharu Uchida : chef de cuisine and my drinking buddy
Mariko Shibata : Human Resource and a funny woman
Jean : Manager of L echanson Restaurant and he doesn’t drink alcohol
Alain : Head Waiter and my drinking buddy
Carola , Kuze, Lyn, Shin, Lisa, Ken, Ann, Kobayashi and Everyone (Housekeepers, Porters, Maintenance, Customer service, Accounting and Sales Department)
Je m’ennuie de tout le monde!
If you happen to go to the restaurant, just say I am your friend or I introduce you the restaurant and they will give you good service or if you get lucky, they will give you a compliment of the chef freebies! It depends!
Totally worth my 2 nights off!
